Hi! I am Tara Ottenbacher, owner and practicing therapist of 40:31Rehab & Wellness, PLLC. I am a mom of 7 uniquely fabulous babies who are constantly keeping me on my toes. Whenever I’m not enjoying the beautiful chaos of my kiddos, you can find me relaxing on the couch with a good horror flick or Sci-Fi drama. I love reading fantasy novels while sipping never-ending cups of chai tea. I was born and raised in a small, rural town of Oklahoma, where honesty, conservative mindsets, and simple lifestyles were an integral part of society. I have held tight to these foundational traits with my therapy services. I believe in the value of therapeutic play, developing relationships, and providing clients with the skills necessary to engage in activities that are meaningful and bring joy to their lives.
