Equipping Educators and Professionals

At 40:31 Rehab & Wellness, we believe that empowered professionals create stronger, more inclusive learning environments. Our Administrative & Staff Trainings are designed to give educators, administrators, and community professionals the tools, strategies, and confidence they need to support the children and families they serve.

These trainings bridge the gap between therapy and education — helping teachers and staff understand how development, sensory processing, communication, and behavior affect learning and classroom success. Each session is interactive, practical, and tailored to your organization’s goals.

Our mission is simple: to help schools and community organizations build environments where every child can learn, participate, and thrive.

Our Approach

Our training sessions are led by licensed therapists and professionals with hands-on experience in pediatric therapy, behavioral regulation, sensory integration, and developmental support.

We start by listening — learning about your team’s challenges, student demographics, and professional goals. Then, we create a training plan that’s relevant, actionable, and grounded in real-world classroom experiences.

Each session combines education, demonstration, and discussion to ensure participants walk away with tools they can apply immediately. Whether in person or virtual, our workshops are engaging, evidence-based, and focused on collaboration.

We believe professional development should go beyond theory — it should change the way teams approach care, communication, and student engagement.

Common Goals

Our training programs are designed to meet the evolving needs of schools, therapy teams, and organizations that serve children. Topics are customized, but common goals include:

  • Understanding Sensory Needs: Recognizing how sensory processing impacts behavior, attention, and learning.
  • Behavioral & Emotional Regulation: Teaching strategies to help students manage emotions and transitions.
  • Inclusive Classrooms: Supporting students of all abilities in general education settings.
  • Collaborative Problem-Solving: Improving communication between teachers, therapists, and families.
  • Practical Classroom Strategies: Equipping educators with adaptable tools for everyday success.
  • Early Identification: Training staff to recognize developmental red flags and refer appropriately.
  • Supporting Staff Wellness: Helping teams manage stress and maintain healthy, sustainable work habits.

Each training can be tailored for administrators, teachers, paraprofessionals, childcare providers, or multidisciplinary teams.

Expected Outcomes

Our goal is to create meaningful, lasting change in how professionals approach learning, behavior, and development. After participating in our training sessions, teams often experience noticeable improvements in confidence, collaboration, and classroom climate.

Expected outcomes include:

  • Greater understanding of child development and sensory needs
  • Improved classroom management and student engagement
  • Stronger collaboration between teachers, therapists, and families
  • Increased identification and support for children with developmental challenges
  • Reduced staff burnout and increased job satisfaction
  • More inclusive, compassionate school and community environments

When educators feel equipped, students benefit — academically, socially, and emotionally.
